SISTEM PAKAR MENCARI KERUSAKAN MESIN DAN
CVT(CONTINOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION) MOTOR
MATIC MENGGUNAKAN METODE
DEMPSTER-SHAFER
Abstract
Pengendara motor matic sering mengalami kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi jenis kerusakan yang dialami oleh sepeda motor matic, baik gejalanya, kerusakannya, maupun solusi penanganannya. Hal ini dikarenakan kurang nya pengetahuan pengendara sepeda motor motor matic terhadap jenis kerusakan yang dialami motor matic, sulitnya mencari pakar untuk mencari kerusakan sepeda motor matic dan mahalnya biaya yang harus dikeluarkan. Pada penelitian ini, sistem pakar mencari kerusakan mesin dan CVT (Continously Vairabel Transmission) motor matic dikembangkan menggunakan metode dempster-shafer. Metode ini mengkombinasikan gejala yang kemudian mengkalkulasikan kemungkinan kerusakan yang dialami. Sistem ini terdiri dari 15 macam kerusakan dan 52 gejala dengan diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MYSQL. Sistem pakar ini telah diuji coba menggunakan metode black box dan user acceptance test. Hasil pengujian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa sistem pakar mencari kerusakan mesin dan CVT (Continously Vairabel Transmission) motor matic telah dapat memberikan informasi kerusakan serta penanganannya. Penelusuran gejala kerusakan dengan menggunakan metode depster-shafer yang membandingkan semua gejala kerusakan yang dialami oleh sepeda motor matic. Hasil dari perbandingan ini diambil probabilitas kerusakan yang tertinggi.
